A surcharge* of 1% per transactions is applied by South Taranaki District Council to Rates and Water rates processed through this site.

If payment is made using a credit card issue outside New Zealand, any currency conversion will be done according to the terms and conditions of the card - there may be currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer.

*A surcharge is a fee that a merchant can legally add to a credit card payment to cover the cost of acceptance.
